Customers must comply with the following terms regarding Microsoft services. These terms apply to all Microsoft services ordered through Speedy Group, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft cloud services. By subscribing to any Microsoft service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in addition to the Speedy Group General Terms and Conditions.

The customer agrees and authorizes Speedy Group, Ingram Micro(HK) and the Microsoft service provider to establish a reseller relationship, enabling Speedy Group to manage Microsoft service subscriptions and related accounts on behalf of the customer. This authorization allows Speedy Group to access the customer's tenant for support, billing, and administration purposes in accordance with Microsoft's Partner Center policies.

Microsoft will randomly verify customer information. Verification usually takes three business days. In this case, it will take three business days or more to activate the service. Please ensure that all account information submitted is accurate and up-to-date to avoid service interruptions. Microsoft services need to verify your domain name ownership and DNS records. If the customer's domain name server points to a third-party name server, the customer needs to add the DNS record themselves through their name server provider. If a customer is unable to verify their domain ownership or cannot add a DNS record and is unable to use related services, we will not be able to provide a refund due to the purchased Microsoft license. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary access and ability to manage their domain's DNS records before subscribing to Microsoft services.
