4. Microsoft 服務需要驗證您的網域名稱擁有權和 DNS 記錄，如果客戶網域名稱伺服器指向第三方名稱伺服器，客戶需要透過其名稱伺服器供應商自行新增 DNS 記錄。如果客戶無法驗證其網域所有權或無法新增 DNS 記錄而導致無法使用相關服務，由於已購買Microsoft授權, 我們將無法退款。
Microsoft services need to verify your domain name ownership and DNS records. If the customer's domain name server points to a third-party name server, the customer needs to add the DNS record themselves through their name server provider. If a customer is unable to verify their domain ownership or cannot add a DNS record and is unable to use related services, we will not be able to provide a refund due to the purchased Microsoft license.
