客戶必須遵守下列有關微軟服務的條款。本條款適用於所有透過環速網存訂購的 Microsoft 服務，包括但不限於 Microsoft 365、Exchange Online 及其他 Microsoft 雲端服務。訂購任何 Microsoft 服務，即代表您確認並同意本條款，以及環速網存一般服務條款及細則。

Customers must comply with the following terms regarding Microsoft services. These terms apply to all Microsoft services ordered through Hosting Speed, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft cloud services. By subscribing to any Microsoft service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in addition to the Hosting Speed General Terms and Conditions.

客戶同意並授權環速網存（Hosting Speed）、Ingram Micro(HK) 及微軟服務供應商建立經銷商關係，以代表客戶管理 Microsoft 服務訂閱及相關帳戶。此授權允許環速網存根據 Microsoft 合作夥伴中心政策，為支援、帳單及管理目的存取客戶的租用戶。

The customer agrees and authorizes Hosting Speed, Ingram Micro(HK) and the Microsoft service provider to establish a reseller relationship, enabling Hosting Speed to manage Microsoft service subscriptions and related accounts on behalf of the customer. This authorization allows Hosting Speed to access the customer's tenant for support, billing, and administration purposes in accordance with Microsoft's Partner Center policies.

Microsoft will randomly verify customer information. Verification usually takes three business days. In this case, it will take three business days or more to activate the service. Please ensure that all account information submitted is accurate and up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.
