Product End of Life (Plans Beginning with EOL):
A Product End of Life (hereinafter referred to as EOL) indicates that a product has been retired by Hosting Speed due to reasons such as the vendor discontinuing or significantly limiting support for the product/version, or due to technological changes that render the product obsolete. When a product reaches EOL status, all associated service guarantees, including maintenance, updates, security patches, backups, and customer support, will be terminated immediately.
Important Notice:
EOL services are provided on an "as-is" basis and may be discontinued at any time, without prior warning or notice. This means that Hosting Speed cannot guarantee the continued availability, functionality, or security of any EOL service. Customers using EOL plans should be aware that their data may be at risk, and that the service could cease to operate without further communication.
Warning:
To avoid unexpected disruptions and potential data loss, we strongly advise all customers currently on an EOL plan to immediately transition to an alternative service plan that continues to receive full support and updates from Hosting Speed. Please note that Hosting Speed will not be responsible for any data loss, service interruption, security vulnerabilities, or other issues arising from the continued use of an EOL service. By remaining on an EOL plan, customers accept all associated risks and liabilities.
